Lately I’ve been seeing Kmart homewares everywhere, and there are so many Kmart-inspired accounts on Instagram, I can’t keep up. Ikea used to be my fallback for reasonably affordable home stuff, but Kmart have really upped the ante. There are so many great bargains and here are some of my faves that I’ve picked up over the last few weeks.
The Ampersand light.
These old school signage-style lights have been popular for such a long time. Mostly found in vintage stores with pretty inaccessible price tags, I couldn’t believe it when I saw this one was only $15! They have other shapes and colours but this one was so on brand for us, I just had to have it.
New York Canvas
At a tiny $6, how can you go wrong with this bright Pop Art style canvas? You can’t even get lunch for $6, let alone a cool piece of art for your home. The Chrysler building is literally my fave piece of architecture in the whole world, so this was a total no brainer for me.
The latest range of cushions are super cute, fun and seriously affordable (these were all under $10 each). I had seen the cloud face online a few times and my Mum bought Ava the pretty ruffled heart. The Andy Warhol style cockatoo print is my fave by far and they even have mugs to match (which of course I had to get too!).
Wire storage basket
I love this basket which is perfect for Ava’s soft toys. With other baskets, you don’t get to see what’s inside – so I love the way the colours of the toys work with the bright pop of teal. I’m pretty sure they have them in copper, so I may be back for that one for myself.
Stay tuned for more of my faves from home xo
This is in no way a sponsored post, I just love these bargains and wanted to share them with you.
